This was actually the third Hibbett store I visited on Saturday, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to help. There is a lady who I believe may be the manager, along with a young man who was assisting customers, and both were absolutely wonderful.

What impressed me most was that after making my purchase, I later had to return the items because I realized I had spent more than I intended. Even then, I was treated with the same kindness, respect, and professionalism as when I first came in. There was no pressure, no attitude—just excellent customer service.

In today's world, great customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review. I have worked in customer service for more than 20 years, and I know firsthand how much effort it takes to create a positive experience for customers. The staff at this location truly stood out.
