Drove 45 minutes to turn 2 phones in for the “On Us” promotion per Verizon customer service. Manager tells me they do not take trade in phones. Just say I’m busy and not making any $ off of your transaction. Hello! I turned 2 trade ins in last year at this store! Verizon is Ridiculous

We waited 30min for someone who speak spanish and finally when we decided to do it on English (bcs it takes sooo long) they leave us just like that for no reason!Worst Costumer service ever!
