“Customer service was great and honest. However, the website is pretty misleading as I brought about 8 items with me and they only made an offer on one which was pretty garbage. Also, they don't take broken items like it says on the website. Again, employees/service was great, but maybe make the process more accurate on your website to what it actually is in real life.”

“First, I was shocked there was no wait line to be help they were ready soon as we hit the door. Cheyenne was the first to greet us and ask if we needed help. She knew the questions to ask, which made it helpful not to waste time looking at products that clearly I wasn't interested in. I am not your typical tech person, so she made it easy for me to understand more about the products and how to get better usage out of my phone. I even learned something new about my previous phone. Lol We had a great experience overall.”

“Omg! I love 7-11!!! I go in everyday multiple times a day & night & they all know me & say hi & ask me how I’m doing. Their coffee is way better than Starbucks & only a dollar if you bring in your own thermos (up to 24oz only!) They have a wonderful selection of fresh food & accept food stamps for everything except fresh coffee & fountain drinks. Everything is wonderfully priced. I love them! Manager is super cool too & talks to everyone that comes in! But stay away from the chai tea; IT’S ALL MINE!!! <3”

“It's rare to see a GM in a convince store actually working but MJ does. I have to respect that about a manager. They were out of cheese pizza so he offered to call the store up the st. and order it for me as well as go get it for me. I didn't want to put him through all that so he let me rearrange some pepperoni cause my kid is picky. The fact that he hired someone who is obviously one of God's special people is a total bonus. Dudes a sweetheart.”
