“I love entering TFCU in Graham. Everyone is always friendly and you are in and out in quicktime. They take the time to get to know their clients. I can say that because one of the employees commented on me driving a different vehicle. How many other banks to that? I was in there the other day and opened a new account to what I already had with no troubles at all. I was not sent to someone else to wait for them to handle. It was handle right at the front desk.”

However I do wish they offered the use of a peer to peer payment system, and I do wish they would build a branch in Graham. The traffic around this location has become terrible.”

“Relationship banker Jonathan Vargas provides a level of service that is hard to find these days. I needed a check endorsed for an insurance claim and it required many hoops that needed to be jumped through. He listened to what I needed and advocated on my behalf, repeatedly answering the same questions. He showed professionalism, patience and perseverance until my problem was actually solved. I am not a customer of Wells Fargo but inherited my mom's home equity line; this makes the level of service that much more impressive to me.”

“I was wondering why I kept getting charged for my saving account when I had money in it. I finally spoke to a banker at this location and they helped me solve my problem. Also, the tellers here are pretty sweet. Very friendly and guide me through my deposits and transfers, because for some reason, I always go blank. The bank is rather large and very clean. There is a seating area for those that need to speak to a banker. There is usually 4 tellers, one being fluent in Spanish, to the right side of the bank. For the Pokemon Go trainers, there is a PokeStop right outside the bank.”

She was fantastic in helping us set up our business bank accounts and connected us with their merchant processing services, which have significantly lower fees compared to other common processors. I truly appreciate Marla and the time she takes to assist us whenever we have a need or concern. It's good to have those personable connections in an industry that often feels impersonal.”
