“Highly recommend this store. Mason was so, so kind and helpful, and walked me through all my options to replace my phone that had suddenly stopped working the night before (need it for work). He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive phone like I've experienced at some Cricket stores, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out what option worked best for me. I'll be going back to this store in the future.”

“I had a crazy incident happen where my phone unexpectedly stopped working and had to get a replacement. Tre worked with me through the whole process and was very kind, helpful, and informative. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted with the new phone, and got the best deal. He made the best out of a not so great situation! I would highly recommend this Verizon location and Tre as a representative!”
“This individual store is usually pretty great, so I didn’t want to negatively effect their ratings but I’m so sick of the wifi at&t has provided me. It goes down almost nightly, when I’m home and actually want to use it, for over two weeks and I can’t find a way to reach out to someone about this so I’m leaving this here. It’s an all-fi hub and I didn’t even get a choice for that. I was told that’s my only option and I don’t believe that’s true.”

“We came into cricket this morning at Lenoir Rodger was here he gave excellent service above and beyondI came in yesterday Fernando was here from the wilkesboro store I bought three phones and he screwed up everything he said I was difficult told the manager that was here three times I left here almost in tears yesterdayToday is a new day thank the good Lord Roger was here he done excellent he got everything straightened out all my phones work now which way are not working when I left here yesterday but he done an excellent job this morning I getting everything fixed he deserves a raiseI will be going to the Morganton store now to deal with Roger”

“We have used cricket for over 13 years and we love them. They have great service and really reasonable prices. Everytime we go to this Cricket store, they always treat us with the upmost respect. They always give us a discount on cases and phones and that really helps out when you're buying 4 phones at a time. That's the only down side with them is that you have to buy your phone outright before you can start a plan rather than financing it through your carrier. But luckily my family aren't really rough on their phones, so they last them about 2 years. I go through a phone a year because of my work. Great phone carrier for the price and service.”

I can’t remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was a store manager, and she made sure that I got a plan that would help me out instead of hurting my bank account in the long run.
