“If u want great name brands but like me ur on a tight budget then this is the store for u I'm talking about Steve madden,Juicy couture,Betsy Johnson,and I have never seen anything in the store priced over $100 dollars”
“First of all a big shout out to Gladys, she was amazing and incredibly helpful to my wife and I. The scanners they use to map out your feet are really neat and really useful for selecting the proper insoles and shoe types and that aspect of the store experience is free and they send that info to your email to use when shopping for shoes.
The shoes they sell are on the pricey side; however, the shoes we purchased from there are the most comfortable that either of us have ever walked on. They give excellent arch support and have just the right amount of bounce to them to make you want to move. The insoles work in any of your shoes and can be moved from pair to pair for the appropriate support.
Alot of people apparently donate their metals from various marathons and races to the store, our daughter was absolutely delighted to receive a few of these over the course of a couple trips to the store. Just an all around good experience.”

“Absolutely love the store. All of my shoes that I wear daily from there. Also with my mom having issues with her knee those strong heel was just what she needed. I took her immediately there. And although I have no issues with my knees I love those slip on “lazy” style. So easy just stick foot in it and ready to go. For elderly it’s a finder. I’m not there yet ? but I hook my whole family with this style.”
“All employees were helpful and friendly. I was offered help by 2 different people while there. The store was clean and organized well. I've been there a few times and everyone is helpful and friendly, especially the manager.”

“I had a good experience at this shoe show it was in Hickory past 321 highway across the bridge. The woman in there was very helpful and I must applaud her when I went to buy the pair of shoes that I wanted had them marked on sale but the pair of shoes were priced on regular price, the lady took care of the issue no questions asked and also make sure that my rewards went into my account she also gave me the price I was looking for and went the extra to give me my rewards which I thought was phenomenal. A lot of people wouldn't do that so I thanked her and I will definitely be back at this store, The parking was very spacious the parking lanes were wide the building was wheelchair accessible and it was a clean store. I definitely recommend the shoe show in Hickory above 321 highway to anyone who's needing shoes for themselves or their family. The prices were very comparable to everyone if not better and you will come away with a feeling of you've been helped. I would advise go to this store over the mall any day. When I say rewards they give you money back on every pair of shoes you buy as well as they do buy one get one half off.”

“I want to shout out Martin and the other employees at this Shoe Show location for their great customer service and for being employees with integrity.I did an exchange of one pair of shoes and ended up getting 2 cheaper pairs AND some cash back, from the exchange. Somewhere between walking away from the counter and getting in my car, some of the contents of my wallet fell out, including cash and receipts (including the cash and receipt I had JUST gotten back from the exchange). I didn't realize it until I was nearly 10 minutes down the road. Then I received a phone call from Martin and he said one of his employees found my receipt and some cash along with it. In todays world I'm sure many people would have just pocketed the money and kept quiet, but I'm so thankful that there are good people like Martin who do the right thing!”
“The men at work in the gun sales were not very happy when I asked to film them in interaction with my daughter for the app. They got really snoty and completely ignored us after that without a customer in front of us or any where around. They walked into the back of the store and never came back out. Lol seriously.”

“This store clean and neat. Everything you would expect from a Journeys. The real thing that stood out wasn't the products, it wasn't the displays, it what Alex. He was a representative I would hire at my own store. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Although they didn't the boots I had my heart set on, he helped me size my boot in that brand, so when I do find them, I'm already prepared. Big thank you Alex. You really made this trip a wonderful experience!”

“We really liked their selection of socks. They have just about any style and size sock available. I really like that the socks are cheap. Some of the socks have slight imperfections, but I really don't mind. They're just socks. But this place is a really good place to go get socks on a budget. We spent less than $40 and we got socks for all 5 people in my household. Really good quality socks as well.”
