Understaffed, store was a mess, and items were not clearly priced our labeled. More confusion than anything else.

Big beautiful store. Customer service at Jewelry counter was lacking. I came in to swap a pair of earrings I bought online because received damaged. Lady was not rude, but was lacking customer service. like she didn't have time or I was a bother.
