I was with my 2 kids and a bit overwhelmed as my 18 month old son was getting impatient and wanting to run around the store as we were checking out.
The cashier was very nice and scanned my items quickly. I was asked for my phone number for the rewards account and if I wanted to apply for the carters credit card but I really wish that cashiers would be trained to ask if I had any rewards or coupons I wanted to use because sometimes us busy and overwhelmed parents forget that we do and end up missing out on savings! This instance I bought over $300 worth of clothes that filled the bag. When I brought the clothes to the car to check my receipt and my rewards online I saw that I had a 20% off coupon that was to expire next month. So I had to waste my time going back in to have the cashier return each item and re-scan it so that I could utilize my coupon which ended up saving me nearly $60.
TLDR: please ask customers if we have any rewards and/or coupons to use OR update your software to show the cashier that we have rewards/coupons on our account that are able to use. It’ll save everyone time! Thanks!”

“I love shopping online with this store. I’m not local but the customer service through email, over the phone and through instagram has always been great and made me feel just as taken care of as if I was in a store. I love the wide selection of products and have been able to shop for all five of my kids as well as have bought many gifts over the years. There is always a nice selection of quality timeless clothing pieces that I have been able to be passed down between my four daughters. Seriously, this is one of my favorite stores that I wish I lived nearby!”

“I like them and they have great selection. What I didnt like is that they seem to target the younger shoppers. I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store. (You just might be missing an opportunity to have a large $$$ sale because you didn’t pay attention to who was shopping!!)

“I love this bucke the staff is the best, They have the absolute best personalities. I always shop for me and my bf here and they always help me pick out the cutest clothes. They are very helpful with literally anything. I’ve never had such good customer service like they have at buckle. 100% recommend going to this buckle specifically because they’re so so so amazing I love them ?”
