“Honestly did not have a great experience here.. went in to try on dresses one week with a super nice lady.(cannot remember her name) Went back the next to do a last round re try only to get treated as if my upcoming wedding didn’t matter. They claim to have “lost” my information in the system.Basically told me oh well. Came in again when I had more time to look for the “lost” items I had already tried on and was told I couldn’t try on anything because they were “too busy”.. asked could I at least see the dress? Was left at the front for 10 minutes or more only to be told someone would be out to talk to me in 20 minutes! I walked out. Came back a THIRD time and was helped my another nice young lady where I just ended up purchasing the very first item I tried because I was over it. Dress came. Went in for alterations appointment where I was told I’d be charged $600 for minor alterations. To put the cherry on top, after alterations appointment I was handed my dress with no bag after I’d already purchased one weeks ago. When I asked where my bag was the girl said “it didn’t come in a bag but you can purchase one” . Who buys a wedding dress at a wedding dress store that comes with no bag??? Def would not have come here if I was in a crunch. David’s has went downhill tremendously! Selection is not great either
UPDATE** - Thank you to the manager Tasha who made things right. Helped me find another dress in 30 minutes literally (that I happen to love)! Met a very sweet group of ladies today. Thanks everyone!”

“Good selection of clothes for kids of all ages. Store was tidy and easy to navigate.
I was with my 2 kids and a bit overwhelmed as my 18 month old son was getting impatient and wanting to run around the store as we were checking out.
The cashier was very nice and scanned my items quickly. I was asked for my phone number for the rewards account and if I wanted to apply for the carters credit card but I really wish that cashiers would be trained to ask if I had any rewards or coupons I wanted to use because sometimes us busy and overwhelmed parents forget that we do and end up missing out on savings! This instance I bought over $300 worth of clothes that filled the bag. When I brought the clothes to the car to check my receipt and my rewards online I saw that I had a 20% off coupon that was to expire next month. So I had to waste my time going back in to have the cashier return each item and re-scan it so that I could utilize my coupon which ended up saving me nearly $60.
TLDR: please ask customers if we have any rewards and/or coupons to use OR update your software to show the cashier that we have rewards/coupons on our account that are able to use. It’ll save everyone time! Thanks!”

“Just shopped here for the first time and was so impressed! Big selection of men’s, women’s, and kids shoes.. plus a great selection of men’s and women’s activewear. Joseph was a huge help. I love that he described their store as an “old school” shoe store, where they can run to the back and check what they have in stock back there. Sure enough, he found exactly what I was picturing for my husband. Overall, a great experience! :)”

They really take the time to help you without rushing, and they're more than happy to explain things multiple times if needed. Their selection is really trendy and up-to-date, and I was thrilled to see options that are friendly for wider calves in some of their boots. I definitely plan on visiting again soon!”

“WENT IN THIS STORE THREE TIMES FOR 2PAIRS OF SNEAKERS THEY WERE VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT I JUST DONT GET THAT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER DOESNT HAVE ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE SHOULDNT SHE BE TRAINED AND SHE WAS SO SLOW I HAD TO LEAVE THE SNEAKERS IN THE STORE AND COME BACK A EXTRA DAY THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND FOR THAT I WILL RETURN JUST HAVE TO WORK ON THE ASSISTANT MANAGER”

I’m not local but the customer service through email, over the phone and through instagram has always been great and made me feel just as taken care of as if I was in a store. I love the wide selection of products and have been able to shop for all five of my kids as well as have bought many gifts over the years. There is always a nice selection of quality timeless clothing pieces that I have been able to be passed down between my four daughters. Seriously, this is one of my favorite stores that I wish I lived nearby!”

“Had to leave a review because Leslie, Izzy and Mikey were amazing. I came in looking for a pair of Ariat work boots with basically no information just a picture of the inside tag and hope for the best 😂 They were so patient and determined to help me and somehow found the exact boots hiding in the back. I honestly don’t know how they figured it out but they did. They never made me feel like I was asking too much even though I probably had them on a wild goose chase. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. Thank you Leslie, Izzy and Mikey for going above and beyond. Boot Barn is lucky to have y’all. “Love the knowledgeable, friendly staff and selection of quality shoes and apparel. Much better than the big box athletic stores where you can barely get someone to help! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The store was closing in 15 minutes but no one rushed me or seemed agitated. I appreciate the options for wide feet and the help in understanding difference between shoe brands. Just a really nice experience all around every time I go.”
