I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”
“I love this bucke the staff is the best, They have the absolute best personalities. I always shop for me and my bf here and they always help me pick out the cutest clothes. They are very helpful with literally anything. Staff were warm and welcoming in assisting me in picking out a unique necklace. Lauren was especially accommodating.
