“I lost my iPhone in Mexico and needed to get a replacement. I called the New Garden Rd location in Greensboro NC and a very nice young lady named Sydney Newton answered the phone. I went over and in no time she found ways for me to improve my services for my 5 family phones, improved my military discount, got me a new iPhone that cost very little, and saved me a little money each month to boot!! I highly reccomend Sydney to anyone needing to get some help from Verizon.”
“You know how we are always looking for "that person" who can be our go-to for specific things like electric, plumbing, painting, etc? Well, Triad Repairs Greensboro is where I now go for any of my tech repairs.Adam was super nice at handling my iPad battery replacement as soon as I walked in the door. He knows how to mult-task and be gracious at the same time. He and his helper were fixing iPhones right there in front of their customers (so cool to see). While he was fixing one, he was able to get my IPad in line so it would be done the next day. And so cheerful, fast, and lovely the whole time. He gets it that everyone needs their electronics asap, and he accomplishes this swift work while being a sweetheart. Plus- it only cost me $120, and that includes the new battery! Won't see that at the Apple Store. So happy to have found this business. This is my go to.”

“My wife and I went to this location to get a new phone and have it transferred to my existing plan. My wife had already been to the Friendly Ave. location and didn't have a good experience. Robert at the 4405 Wendover Ave. location was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process! He made things very easy, was friendly, and professional! Can't recommend Robert enough!”
“Visiting the PYRAMID VILLAGE LOCATION was the BEST experience I've had with an AT&T store in house Customer Service EVER!!! I walked in and explained to him what the issue was with my phone. The MANAGER Anthony, was NOT ONLY helpful with getting strait to the point with my issue and how to resolve it. He was also giving me insight on other devices, addressing concerns, being willing to help if I have further questions after purchase, explaining the run down on how the trade value works and WHY it's that way. He did all of this while dealing with an issue with an employee. He remained focused as much as he could and helpful. Other stores I've felt like I was bothering them or an inconvenience to them to do their job. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and will go back as needed as long as he's there! Thank You for the GREAT Customer Service that seems to be a lost art and companies no longer care about training their employees in??”

“One word... Awesome!!! The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable and one has truly stood out. He has helped me with my kids plan way more than anyone I have ever dealt with. He always encourages us to come back to find new products and helped us get on the best affordable plan the company has to offer. He even suggested a few programs to help lower the monthly plans costs! Who does that? He did!! I will edit this review or I will do another review with the young man's name. I promise you if you're a metro customer he will not disappoint you and the best thing is with prices going up and my money going down, he never judged me. “Thanks to a very nice sweet young Lady named Ashley for taking the time and being patient helping me with issues I was having with my phone trying to upload photos to my computer. I've been doing it for many years but for whatever reason I couldn't get it to work. She checked my phone to see if perhaps I had done something in the settings that wasn't allowing me to and wrote down what to do. I went home and did the first thing she had written down and it worked.I appreciate her so much for her awesome help and excellent customer service, I think she's the best. Ashley is definitely a huge asset to this Cricket store they should be very proud to have her on their team, I'm sure they are but she totally deserves recognition.
