“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”

I purchased a lot of boxes in different sizes, and the man at the register (Tremaine) didn't hesitate to volunteer to help me bring everything out to my car so I didn't have to make multiple trips. “Holiday season is a challenging time to secure a rental truck for reasonable fees. As a customer of Budget Trucks for decades, I booked reservations for different pick up dates in December in an effort to acquire a truck for my multi-state transport endeavor in mid-December. The staff (Goro and Jacob) at the Budget Regency Drive location made the rental transaction successful and pleasant. Over a 7-day period in advance of the actual pick-up date, I was contacted about the availability of trucks and advised accurately to ensure the requested truck size availability and to avoid multiple reservation cancellation fees. On my actual pick up date, my truck rental process was glitch-less. The customer service that I received from Jacob was excellent (accommodating and personable), and the rental truck was clean and road-worthy). Also, Goro (the franchise owner) made my rental extension and truck return logistically and economically feasible. Jacob handled my return process in a friendly and competent manner. Overall, my truck rental experience at this location was outstanding.”
