U-Haul Moving & Storage at UNCG offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. They also provide portable U-Box containers, Moving Help® providers, hitch installations, moving and shipping boxes, and propane, as well as online reservations. The customer service at this location has been a mixed experience. Some customers have reported excellent service, with friendly and efficient staff who made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. One customer praised the "nice lady" who provided clear information and ensured a wonderful check-in experience. However, other customers have had less positive experiences. Some have encountered rude and unhelpful staff, who were dismissive of their concerns. One customer reported a frustratingly long wait time, as well as a poorly maintained trailer that was difficult to use. Another customer had a particularly challenging experience, with a staff member speaking rudely about another customer and failing to resolve an issue with a tire sensor. Despite these inconsistencies, one customer singled out a young employee named Josh, who was described as humble, hardworking, and knowledgeable, providing an incredibly efficient and correct service. Overall, the reviews suggest that the quality of service at this U-Haul location can vary, but the availability of a wide range of moving solutions continues to be a draw for customers.
Customer Service was wonderful. I did not wait long and I had all my questions answered. Drop off went well also.

Excellent experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Drop off was seamless and I even left my vehicle there in a designated area to park while I used the U-haul. Overall five stars. Highly recommend this location.

I was given an unlocked unit with the previous renters items left behind. Thankfully they found another unit at another location for me but was definitely shocked to say the least. And the unit was not climate controlled as advertised causing many dead roaches throughout the storage area.
