I am wildly impressed with the response I received to my previous review. It was professional and directly addressed my concerns. It genuinely feels more like reasoning rather than excuses. They gave their reasoning and politely asked I remove my review and with the level of professionalism and honesty I have no problem changing my review to reflect positively.
First time going to check out the store, hours listed on Google say 7 but the door was locked right in front of me at 6 as I went to walk in. Employee didn’t even give me an apologetic wave or acknowledge that the stores hours are not correct online”
“What an incredible experience! I was immediately greeted by Jazz, who helped fit me for a bra and brought me multiple types to try on! I was nervous as I’ve had 2 babies in 3 years and desperately needed a new fitted bra. Jazz made me feel so comfortable and also hyped me up! Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!”
“I decided to take my sons here to knock out some school shopping while we were in town. I myself am a retail manager at a shoe store. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, to the sales representative addressing our reason for the visit, to bringing us personalized recommendations of promotion items they had on sale. They were awesome. I would love you know if your training is giving at company level before in-store or if management is training employees. Whatever you are doing it is working.”

“Coco's Corner knows their clientele and what merchandise will move, and, to that end, seem to be selective about the clothes they consign. As a buyer, I appreciate that. My parents live in Greensboro, and I try to pop into Coco's when I'm in town. I usually find something I love. This time was no exception. The sales person greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I told her about a special event coming up as well as some gaps in my wardrobe and asked her choose some things off the rack. She sized me up well, and I ended up buying several things she selected. I know such personalized service is not always possible, but I beat the crowd in on a raining Saturday morning, and am so glad I did!”

“Ladies were very helpful and kind. Good music playing. Supported breast cancer awareness month with clothing, accessories and a drawing for merchandise with a donation of $10.00 or more. Store was clean and had a good selection of clothing to chose from. Would definitely shop there again if I am near. Would recommend to others.”
“I had such a great experience shopping at K&G today! I came in looking for a blazer for a Friendsgiving event, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, seen, and genuinely cared for.

“I went to kohl's to return in amazon purchase and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the merchandise. I have not been too Kohl's in several years and I will definitely make a trip back.
They have lovely spring styles on display. .
I do need new bath towels, and they carry several quality lines, and they have a nice little Sephora section that's not as intimidating as going to the big Sephora.”

“I love TJ MAXX! This is a great store. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the employees have always been very nice. My only complaint is they don't have a great selection of boys clothes. I'm also waiting for them to get more of the zero sugar caramel drink syrup. Otherwise great store!”

Customer service is great. 1 young lady helped me order Jeans online and told me if I order at the store it's always free shipping. It only took a few days for the jeans to arrive.”
