From the moment we walked in we were greeted, to the sales representative addressing our reason for the visit, to bringing us personalized recommendations of promotion items they had on sale. They were awesome. I would love you know if your training is giving at company level before in-store or if management is training employees. Whatever you are doing it is working.”

“Their policy on a bra I had to bring back because it was damaged wouldn’t allow for it to be exchanged. I was however allowed to donate the bra to receive 5.00 off a new bra. The clasp broke on the one I wanted to exchange.
They are very patient when you are trying to find a bra that fits just right. Clean store.”

“Coco's Corner knows their clientele and what merchandise will move, and, to that end, seem to be selective about the clothes they consign. As a buyer, I appreciate that. My parents live in Greensboro, and I try to pop into Coco's when I'm in town. I usually find something I love. This time was no exception. The sales person greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I told her about a special event coming up as well as some gaps in my wardrobe and asked her choose some things off the rack. She sized me up well, and I ended up buying several things she selected. I know such personalized service is not always possible, but I beat the crowd in on a raining Saturday morning, and am so glad I did!”

“It’s rare when I come into Torrid but in the last several weeks, including tonight, I have visited this location. I must say, the customer service of the WHOLE TEAM is what has lured me back, along with current sales. I have spoken with Zury, B, and Lizzy so far and these ladies are incredible at what they’re doing in this store! Excellent above and beyond customer service, beautifully kept store, nice Aura, friendly with ALL customers, and very knowledgeable with sizes, trends, and pricing. I’m also very impressed with how much Zury has retained each experience I have held with her down to item I was looking for. Fantastic! I am also impressed with the styles Torrid carries now, vs. 15 yrs ago or so. ?”

“This tjmaxx had what I was looking for plus I was also meeting with someone to sell an item, it's pretty big inside but my god the bathrooms are a mess. Toilet paper on the floor, a pad wrapper on the floor. I don't think they have enough employees to maintain the back areas especially with how busy they were.”

“Altar’d State has the cutest clothes, and very friendly staff! I just wish they had a larger selection of clearance items, as the rest of their stock is very pricey. The dressing room is a whole vibe, super cute, and I love the way I feel when I go to Altar’d State!”
