I booked a $25 dollar cut that came with a shampoo and conditioner with a blow dry but I was told it was just a cut and a shampoo and conditioner would be $35. I changed it to that but when it came time to pay, I was charged $30 instead and booked under an express cut which, doesn't offer a blow dry, but I got a blow dry anyway. Again, I love how it turned out but, it was just a little confusing.”

They emailed me the next day and said they will send a return label to ship the wrong filters back but they did better than this, they sent me the new filters with the return label and gave me a discount for my troubles. I am changing my review to five stars because everyone can make a mistake on a product being shipped and they corrected the error above and beyond what most companies would do.”
