“This Belk is inside the mall and has 2 levels. A lot more options. Staff are friendly and store is always clean and organized. The restrooms need some attention. They are old and the floor is uneven. They also have a little elevator style between the stairs to get to the upper level for wheelchairs.”

“I visited JCPenney on 1/14/26 and was checked out by Ms. Gloria, who was such a burst of light and provided amazing customer service. We purchased two sweaters because I wasn’t sure which one I would wear later, so I decided to get both. Ms. Gloria kindly reminded us to keep our receipt and use the same card if we needed to return anything.

We came back on 1/21/26 to return the sweater I didn’t wear. Unfortunately, the first associate was a bit rude and said she couldn’t find our purchase because the card showing in the system looked different. Ms. Gloria stepped in and calmly explained that when you use tap to pay, the virtual card number may appear different from the physical card, but the return can still be processed using the receipt or original method of payment and she remembered us and explained to your co-worker u just have to hit return and it will return to the card automatically. Such a smart woman.

She was incredibly patient and took the time to help the other associate understand the situation. We even contacted our bank and confirmed the transaction was on the same card. Thanks to Ms. Gloria’s professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service, everything was resolved smoothly. We are truly grateful she was there to help — she was awesome!”

The store is very busy and there are a lot of staff, which is expected given that it’s new and it’s also the holiday season. “I loved my cut, and how it all turned out. I was just a little confused on the service and prices. I booked a $25 dollar cut that came with a shampoo and conditioner with a blow dry but I was told it was just a cut and a shampoo and conditioner would be $35. I changed it to that but when it came time to pay, I was charged $30 instead and booked under an express cut which, doesn't offer a blow dry, but I got a blow dry anyway. Again, I love how it turned out but, it was just a little confusing.”
