“One of the best places to shop for business attire in Greenville. There are limited options in this town and I'm thankful that Belk maintained high standards of style of class for those of us who work in office unrelated to medical services. Not everyone wears scrubs to work.”

“Recently bought an Ashley table and chairs set after many calls and stopping by to see if it was back in stock. The manager on duty, assistant manager I believe, was phenomenal! She seems a bit crass but she definitely isn't! She's careful, caring, and worked very hard to get me what I wanted!!! Give that girl a raise!”
“The return desk is nearly always staffed by friendly people. It's sometimes hard to find the price of things because items are not in the right place. I miss the price checker kiosks.”

“I was on my lunch break one early afternoon. I was able to find everything I needed on my list and escorted to a self checkout by one of the store associates in 10 minutes! I waited in line less than 1 minute with self checkout!”

“Don't go to the store in Greenville Blvd if you plan to use the coupons. The young man at the register knew NOTHING and made no attempt to find out why the coupons were not being accepted. Plus, the sale sign under the wall art stated $3 off and he did not honor that! Oh well, their loss because I spent $63 there today BUT IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS FEWER CUSTOMERS.”
“I loved my cut, and how it all turned out. I was just a little confused on the service and prices. I booked a $25 dollar cut that came with a shampoo and conditioner with a blow dry but I was told it was just a cut and a shampoo and conditioner would be $35. I changed it to that but when it came time to pay, I was charged $30 instead and booked under an express cut which, doesn't offer a blow dry, but I got a blow dry anyway. Again, I love how it turned out but, it was just a little confusing.”
“They sent me the wrong filters and haven't responded back and I can't get them on the phone....update. They emailed me the next day and said they will send a return label to ship the wrong filters back but they did better than this, they sent me the new filters with the return label and gave me a discount for my troubles. I am changing my review to five stars because everyone can make a mistake on a product being shipped and they corrected the error above and beyond what most companies would do.”
