“A huge thank you to my sales rep Sheila Pontonero. I walked into the Wilmington store and was quickly greeted by Sheila. I already had 2 sofa styles in mind when I arrived. Sheila walked me to both sofas so that I could try them out I eventually went with my 1st choice (Allie) but wanted the wing chair that I thought was only available with the Sandy collection. Sheila was able to get the wing chair for me in the same color and fabric I wanted. I never felt so at ease furniture shopping as I was today. I was in/out of the store in less than 20 minutes. “When I lived in Wilmington, I loved going to Baker Street. Friendly, helpful and honest vendors. The owner was always friendly and willing to help.. I loved wandering through the shop. Sometimes it took two walkthroughs to see everything. I often found something …sometimes I was looking for just the right item and sometimes I found some treasure I didn’t even know I needed. Pricing was very very fair. Selection was ever changing. It is an amazing shop. Now that I live out of state, I still love looking at their posts and videos. We need a place like Baker Street here in Central VA. Maybe Baker Street Two.”

“Stopped here for the first time while running errands on Market Street and wondered how did I ever miss this. I left 45 minutes later with 2 bags of presents and holiday decor. Such a nice selection of goods that are classy and affordable. Refreshing to have holiday fare that isn't entirely coastal in theme too.”

“Kimberly made an incredible first impression by greeting me immediately when I walked into the showroom. She took the time to learn about what I wanted, my home’s layout, and my style, and followed up right away after our first meeting.
Because of my travel schedule, I unexpectedly stopped by the warehouse about a week later, and I was amazed that she not only greeted me immediately again but even remembered my name. That level of personal attention made me feel like a valued customer.
She walked me through all of my options and even showed me less expensive pieces when I expressed concerns about staying within budget. Rather than trying to upsell me, she helped me prioritize where my money would have the biggest impact, which I truly appreciated.
The furniture is an absolute dream, it’s incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and I’ve received so many compliments on it already. Having access to a complimentary interior designer was invaluable. Kimberly made measuring, planning, and coordinating everything so easy, and it was wonderful having someone to bounce ideas off throughout the process.
She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind from start to finish. I truly enjoyed working with her, and because of the experience she provided, I’ll absolutely be returning to Mango Furniture for future purchases. Highly recommend asking for Kimberly!”
“This business is one of my favorite places to shop. d if not my favorite shop! I love everything about it from the decorations to the colors of all the items for sale to the people to handmade stuff to all of the above if you're looking for something matchy you could do it if you're looking for something very eccentric or hippie you can do it if you're looking for something very colorful you can do it if you're looking for something very historical you can. Or if you just want to do something yourself (DYI);? or with a partner or friend! This has to be one of the most special and creative stores I've ever been to, from the items to the furniture to all of the above even the food.”

“My wife and I had the good fortune to meet Trey today and purchase a couple of chaise lounge chairs. We found Trey and his staff to be professional, helpful, and friendly, while not being overbearing and pushy. The entire experience was first class. We intend to do more business at Leisure World in the near future. I'll have to say, it was disheartening to see the negative comments here, mostly during the horrors of supply/ demand/ manufacturing/ shipping that resulted from the Covid pandemic, which this business had absolutely no control over. What a terrible way to punish a business that was struggling to weather the storm, as most of us were. I wish them overwhelming success in the future. I also hope that those that read my review will remember the state of the world when these negative reviews were written,, and see them for what they are.
