“Not every day you run into people who are just willing to help you for no reason. I walked into the bank, looking into withdrawal money for a cashiers check and it didn’t work out. I spoke to one of the helpers at the desk. The lady was helpful, but there was a tall gentleman, who was dealing with another customer and kindly let me know that I can go to Wells Fargo to get the help that I need as they have certain limitations here and I am not banking with them. Shout out to that guy for being helpful!”
“My debit card was recently compromised. I had called WF and a new card was being sent to me but in the meantime I was trying to add the new card to my digital wallet. I struggled with how to use the card once it was added. I went into the branch and a wonderful young man by the name of Matt helped me. He was courteous, helpful, engaging and very knowledgeable.
