“This review is way overdue. Hickory Grove Animal Hospital is where I've been taking my senior cat, Pudge since we moved to the area. I'm fortunate enough it's only about a 3-minute drive from where I live. The staff and doctors are so good to my Pudge. They do a fantastic job with everything. They're also great with the people. They discovered that Pudge had hyperthyroidism. She also needed her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Every interaction I had, which has been quite a few, has been a good one. All the staff and doctors are friendly and patient in answering any questions and concerns. They've been the best vet I've ever been to so far.”

She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.”
“I’m not one to usually take the time to leave reviews but these guys truly deserve it. Dr.Tanner saved my baby’s life with a wonderfully done surgery and has made sure she gets back to her normal self every step of the way. He has even called almost a week after to check on her. They were able to get her in quickly and took amazing care of her. Every single staff member in there was absolutely wonderful to us. The best service and care we have ever received from a vet! I can not thank them enough for what they did for my fur baby!”
“We have been taking our pets to Stoney Creek for 15+ years and have always had great experiences here. We normally see Dr Moskowitz and Hemstreet who are just amazing, wonderful vets. We appreciate that they take time with our pets and to answer our questions and don't just try to rush us through. We have also seen Dr Hayden and Dr Poorman who are also wonderful vets. They all really care about our pets. We love seeing them all. The front desk staff, Erica, Issy, Taylor and Evee the office manager all greet you with a smile and are so helpful and friendly. Our dogs love seeing them when we come in. One of the sweet receptionists Issy even gave up her own dog's appointment to get my pup in when he needed to be seen. The vet techs and assistants are all wonderful. My pups also love going to daycare here and loves all of the daycare staff.”

“Everyone at Thrive is kind and thoughtful. They worked with me and my budget for my dogs and cats. What I love most is that there is usually no other pets in the lobby. They take pets/owners back to exam rooms promptly after checking in. This greatly reduces my pets anxiety!”

Doctors, management, technicians, assistants and receptionists always put your pet first, and display a complete dedication to the overall wellbeing of our furry loved ones. Patience is a virtue that all staff possess, even when you have endless (oftentimes silly) questions.
