126 Henderson Crossing Plaza Suite 100, Hendersonville NC 28792
“Walked in because I was stupid enough to plug a hot phone into my phone charger and basically cook my charging port. It smelt burnt and everything. Easy fix would be to take out the SD card and throw it into a new phone; however, the SD card would not pop out no matter what I did. Took it to the store and Jeff got to me super quickly and took out the SD card within a few minutes. He even helped me slap the SD card into my new phone. When I asked how much, he told me not to worry about. Definitely coming back and recommending this place for all phone repair needs!”

“We came to this cricket during the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Even with no power, they were open and able to sell us a phone. The process was super quick and easy. Karla was wonderful, informative and kind. She deserves a raise!”

“Carly is AMAZING. If you can ask for her. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, kind and thorough. I was having a bit of a breakdown and needed an affordable phone and had only ever been through Verizon and my bill was over 400 a month through them! Now I pay 45 and got a new phone and she walked me through EVERYTHING. Made the process easy peasy. I cannot rave enough over her. Metro really is the way to go. And don't forget... Ask for Carly cause she's just great. I'm so grateful for her. She will never know what I was going through and I honestly just needed something to be easy and affordable for once. I was in a really bad space mentally and emotionally. I'll truly be forever grateful. Give this girl the raise she deserves. She is indespensable to your company. She truly CARES about customer service and making sure her customers are happy with their service.through EVERYTHING”

“This store is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Grace , specifically , who helped us solve many problems that we had with the phone. Talk about going the extra mile, she even found some savings for us.”
