“Walked in because I was stupid enough to plug a hot phone into my phone charger and basically cook my charging port. It smelt burnt and everything. Easy fix would be to take out the SD card and throw it into a new phone; however, the SD card would not pop out no matter what I did.
Took it to the store and Jeff got to me super quickly and took out the SD card within a few minutes. He even helped me slap the SD card into my new phone. When I asked how much, he told me not to worry about.
Definitely coming back and recommending this place for all phone repair needs!”
