“On 10/29/2025, went into that shop. The lady and gentleman were very friendly , courtesy and professional to me. Only need registration and vehicle key! There were few customers before me so it takes me 5 minutes to be done with them. It was so impressed with them! Gave them great tips! If customers go to regular shop with maintenance shop it will take a while for them to inspection (your vehicle)! This shop in/out inspection shop was amazed!! Go There!”

“Wow, I am completely blown away by the service I received from K&M! I can’t speak to their reconstructive work, but if it’s anything like the service I received you won’t be disappointed. I really am astounded at how much guidance they happily provided during this frustrating and confusing journey. From receiving my vehicle all the way through to it being considered a total loss by insurance I felt like they were more of a consultant than a collision shop . Lisa was especially great, though the rest of the staff that interacted with also seemed top notch. Thank you K&M. I hope to never need your services again, but if I do I know where to go.”
“Wemt in today for an allignment and brakes. Told about an hour. They had it done in 45 minutes.. the speed was incredible, skilled technicians and mechanics! Car runs better than it did whem brought in. Highly recommend it. Mechanic who did it was james and Joie the store manager was amazing and kept communication and updates to let me know what was happening!

“I had moved to NC from Florida with my Toyota sienna that I had bought and my van needed services and I brought it to Mike Johnson's in hickory well we had thought that the services would be covered but we were wrong so after they were done with doing a oil change and a tire rotation it was going to cost $102 and we just didn't have it like I said we thought it would be covered and then a sweet man named Steven watts the service manager said Merry christmas and covered it for us he has no idea what he truly did for us and how much of a blessing that was to us this time of year we literally just paid our car note that day and had no money left over so thank you again so much Steven I will never forget the kindness you showed us that day ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“A while back, I had a 00 Honda Civic get a full engine replacement here after I blew the first engine up. Not a single flaw - although I had a bit of a coolant leak, took it back, it was just a loose screw band hose clamp, they tightened it down for me free of charge and completely solved it.”

“I can't say enough good things about this garage. My 21 year old son was visiting there over the weekend. His truck broke down at 10:15pm on Friday night. After an hour of being on the phone trying to determine the potential problem and possibly thinking his fuel pump went out, I got on facebook to search for local garages who was open on Saturdays. I came across Hughes Garage. I saw he was active on facebook so I messaged him at 11:15pm just to see if I got a response to help us. HE DID! I was so relieved. I explained he was there visiting, broke down, unable to get the truck running and needed it towed. He told us he would take a look at it Saturday morning. On our way to the shop, he called to inform us it was a relay issue instead of the fuel pump. Upon arrival, we met with him and he showed us the problem. The truck has ran fine since with no issues at all. The fact that he responded to me on facebook so late at night and was willing to help us in getting it looked at so quickly was such a relief and much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend his garage for anyone in the area. Beyond blessed to have come across this garage in my searches. 5 stars in my book!”

“From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome. All of the ladies that take care of the paperwork do such a terrific job and they perform that duty with professionalism, knowledge, compassion and wonderful customer service. Their certified repair team does excellent body work and are top-notch. They repaired my 2025 Toyota RAV4 according to manufacturing specs and I am well pleased with the awesome job they done. I can honestly say that you will be well taken care of if you chose them. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them!”
“The experience was absolutely awesome. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from Amber my first New vehicle out of the three. She wasn’t pushy like many dealerships are she lets you pick what you are interested in and is very knowledgeable of her products . The experience was just easy as can be from the time we picked out a vehicle, test drive to finance, It was a little over an hour and a half. It went very fast and was fluid the finance manager Karrie had the paperwork ready to go and explained everything that we signed and all my questions that I asked was answered immediately she knows her product as well. There was one hiccup, though it was not caused by Paramount Hyundai at all, but my insurance company miss quoted my insurance premium by a huge amount and informed me of this an hour after signing I was gonna put my daughter on the loan. If I kept her on the loan my insurance was gonna make it not affordable to keep. So I contacted Amber and immediately she and Karrie calmed me down told me it was no problem that we could resign the papers it was not a problem at all they both put the very stressful moment at ease quickly as well. I made an appointment for the next morning Saturday about 9:30 AM to re-sign and complete the purchase process. Saturday morning Karrie Had everything ready to go she was actually waiting on me, I signed all the paperwork and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes easiest car buying experience that I could Imagine-friendly professional So if you don’t feel like spending all day going back-and-forth and wasting your time, I recommend Paramount Hyundai highly.”

“Just purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Dean Bradshaw. Dean was awesome to work with and the finance manager Mike Powell made the buying process super easy. I’ve purchased a few used cars from other dealerships in the Hickory area over the past few years and these folks have it figured out. They were not pushy at all with warranty sales, they did not try to sneak in a “snake oil” car clean/coating package, and the car was priced very well compared to other dealerships with similar equipped vehicles. Very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase with them again.”
