Metro by T-Mobile provides an excellent atmosphere with very clean stores. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. Employees are knowledgeable and informational, knowing everything about phones and accessories. They treat customers with respect and kindness, answering all questions. The service goes above and beyond, making people feel welcome and excited to switch their service. The new manager is also very helpful. Customers recommend it to everyone.

Metro is the only place I will go for service. They have great deals and the lady that works in there is amazing. Her calling is definitely customer service!!
