Metro by T-Mobile provides an excellent atmosphere with very clean stores. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. Employees are knowledgeable and informational, knowing everything about phones and accessories. They treat customers with respect and kindness, answering all questions. The service goes above and beyond, making people feel welcome and excited to switch their service. The new manager is also very helpful. Customers recommend it to everyone.
Josefina was so very helpful! Their system was down and we ended up coming back the next day. The system was down again upon arriving. She went above and beyond to put us in contact with the right people to be able to accomplish our goal. Give this lady a raise!
