Went in to Verizon to upgrade my iPhone as a walk-in on a Saturday. We waited about an hour, which is pretty typical for a busy weekend. The absolute worst verizon experience yet tonight in Hickory. The individual that was supposed to help us. Has 0 customer relations skills. But that's OK. We have a new Verizon store to shop now.

Recently, I went in to bring back some of my lines from another carrier. Shane (salesperson) is very courteous and prompt to reply. Lauren (manager) also was very helpful. I hope these two are there again when it’s time to do more business.
