My wife ordered a new iPhone 15 online and had nothing but trouble when she activated it herself. We decided to go to the Verizon store in High Point for help. Brian the manager of this store was patient and spectacular. He was able to fix my wife’s phone problem and we are happy. I definitely recommend this store.

The team in this store is too tier. From the two lovely representatives Marie and Lindsey, to the manager Paula.
