Wanted to reach out and give that man his flowers especially on his birthday (8/12 he was wearing a pin). Great hire HD!”

from checking out safe models on thr floor, to checkout, to loading into my truck the folks at this store were unbelievably kind and helpful throughout. This thing was heavy and they were super helpful and genuinely seemed unbothered by helping me get it situated in the truck.
these folks are making it happen every day in a busy location, shout out to them!
my only observation would be if they had a second forklift these folks could kick butt a little harder! seems like they have a busy enough loading area to justify it!

“Quaint Hillsborough hardware store. They advertise as STIHL distributors but need to order tools for you, as they carry very few in the store unlike most distributors. As a worker bee, it was frustrating for me that the store doesn’t open until 9:00 AM, and not necessarily even on time. I am used to New England little hardware stores where workers meet early in the morning to shop and chat.”
