My room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. Overall a smooth, comfortable experience with great people and great service. Highly recommend.”
“I love this property. Great location for UNC events, dog friendly, it sets the bar high for standard hotel continental breakfast, great outdoor seating spaces and a pool. Gym is tiny though. My only temporary advice for May-June 2026, maybe longer, DO NOT stay in first floor rooms 105-130 wing, can't speak for the other 1st floor wings. I don't know what happened at the property but all of these rooms smell like must/moth balls. All of my luggage and clothes came home smelling and everything had to be washed. I could have switched rooms but wanted to be on level 1 and the odor was tolerable for 3 nights. My friend was on the 3rd floor and no issue with her room.”
“I toured this hotels event spaces this afternoon and the hotel representative Aaleeyah did a fantastic job! She was extremely knowledgeable about the potential space setup, capacities, drinks and dining menus, as well as the overall venue. I highly recommend using The Sheraton in Chapel Hill for networking events, weddings, or parties!”

“Stayed here overnight. I was genuinely shocked at how unbelievably NICE these rooms were. The setup is like a small apartment, decorated VERY well, everything was SO CLEAN, the bed was super comfy and shower was fantastic. Alyssa, who helped me at the front desk, was extremely kind and very welcoming and accommodating. The location is super convenient to a multitude of restaurants, and very safe area of Durham. I definitely wished I had stayed here more than 1 night, I didn’t want to leave!”

“I really enjoyed my few stays here.. Plenty of various restaurants in the area and I must say I got the best sleep in the king size mattress that they have.. 10 out of 10 hotels beds that I've stayed at.. Great service as well!! I will be back when I'm in this area!!”

“21c is super cool. It has a fantastic hotel bar with great staff who cater to custom drinks. The museum/art gallery is awesome and you can bring your drinks with you. Everyone should check out the bank vault downstairs! Good drinks and cool art all in one. Its a must do!”
