“A beautiful property close to the University! A spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed room. I had a slight issue (a personal issue, not a hotel issue) and customer service was top notch helping me with a solution. Thank you, Siena!”

“We loved the Sandhills cottage. My group had a wonderful time with the spacious accommodations. Samri was fantastic to work with to get the property booked. Thank you for the amazing experience!”

“I love this property. Great location for UNC events, dog friendly, it sets the bar high for standard hotel continental breakfast, great outdoor seating spaces and a pool. Gym is tiny though. My only temporary advice for May-June 2026, maybe longer, DO NOT stay in first floor rooms 105-130 wing, can't speak for the other 1st floor wings. I don't know what happened at the property but all of these rooms smell like must/moth balls. All of my luggage and clothes came home smelling and everything had to be washed. I could have switched rooms but wanted to be on level 1 and the odor was tolerable for 3 nights. My friend was on the 3rd floor and no issue with her room.”

“Super fun hotel for a UNC fan. Bonus that the room had a balcony. Looks like 5th and 3rd floor room do. Trophy Room food was simple and okay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“I toured this hotels event spaces this afternoon and the hotel representative Aaleeyah did a fantastic job! She was extremely knowledgeable about the potential space setup, capacities, drinks and dining menus, as well as the overall venue. I highly recommend using The Sheraton in Chapel Hill for networking events, weddings, or parties!”

“Close enough to UNC Chapel Hill. There should be free parking at this hotel but they charge a fee. Rooms are tidy. The lobby is clean and plenty of space to get work done.”
