“Never had a problem with the pharmacy itself or the staff. Not a fan of the phone not being answered in a timely manner and the automated system to reorder prescriptions is flawed. If you have more than one renewal you have to hang up and call back in between meds cause it doesn’t seem to get the second one if you do it on the same call.
The old system worked perfectly so I just don’t understand why they changed it.”

“I brought someone to pick up their meds. I think the wait time can be very frustrating but... I don't know if it's lack of concern from employees or if it's due to the insurance companies. My guess is a little bit of both, but more towards the insurance company. That is completely out of the pharmacy's hand, which I understand.”
