“I visited in this rainy weather and met the staff member Madison. She was extremely polite, kind, and eager to help. Despite the heavy rain and cold, she insisted on accompanying us to show the apartment, even though the usual policy is for clients to schedule a tour in advance.
As the saying goes, “The answer is clear from the start,” and indeed, the place is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing to the eyes and mind.
The apartment is elegant and cheerful.
I truly hope Madison can help us move into this wonderful place starting from the beginning of January.”

“I have been here almost 3 months, Madison and Dawn in the office are great and never make it seem like I'm a pain. Coming from NY, things are different down here, but I'm loving it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last Friday (10/17) late in the afternoon, probably after 330pm. .
I was showing somebody my water heater and how I was told I needed a new tray, and noticed that it was leaking a tiny bit, so right away, I put in a ticket for it. But it was late on Friday afternoon. And within 20 minutes, Jason, our new head of maintenance, showed up and accessed the situation, and by that time, more water had come out of the water Heater. He left to confer with Dawn and Came back and told me he was going to replace the water Heater. And within an hour hour and a half, I had a new water Heater, everything was put in correctly and professionally. It looks gorgeous, and he said, if I didn't report it when I did, I probably would have had a mess on the weekend. I just want to give him the proper Praise that he deserves for acting So quickly and taking the situation seriously, And I didn't even know it was serious. He stayed and did all of that on a Friday late afternoon.

Can I just say if we had these things in our apartments up in New York, That old maintence team probably would have put it off till Monday. Because they wouldn't have wanted to stay past their time or not get out early on a Friday.

I'm so happy that Jason acted as quickly as he did.And because he did he saved the apartment from water damage.He did a great job and he deserves some praise.

“Lived here for 3 years probably the best apartment complex I've lived at, bc of the manager Mrs. Brooke. I'm only moving out now, bc I'm living with my fiance & we're going to get a place together in Raleigh for work purposes. Like most apt complexs wt maintenance there's issues, here I don't think the heat really worked in the winter and maintenance didn't really fix it, but the a/c worked just fine, at my fiance's place opposite problem, and their maintenance never fixed the ac problem until they went under new management. Nice complex for the price, only thing that you may want to consider if you have kids there's no really play area so they're playing in the street and I've seen a kid's football hit my neighbor's car, luckily no damage was done. Brooke's also noted for the kids not to play close by the cars before, there is a 10 o'clock noise crefew at night, which is nice bc it's often pretty quiet here before 10. If you want to take your kids or dog out somewhere to play, womble park and Bass lake are within walking distance. The police station is really close, never really felt unsafe as a female living with another female roommate, I would sometimes walk to lowes at night which is the closest shopping center. My neighbors were very friendly except for the one whenever I first moved in, but she had moved out shortly after I moved in. Mostly it was her hs kids & their want to be thug friends maybe enough people complained about them which Brooke did warn me about before moving into my new complex, idk I was so happy whenever they left & my new neighbor & his well behaved kids moved in. Overall had a really good experience here! Thanks Mrs. Brooke ?”
