“I recently had some business cards printed for my new consulting business. They sent me the proof and I looked at it and approved it. I didn't realize that my last name had been miss spelled, my mistake. I called Impact Printing and explained what had happened. They said no problem they would reprint my cards and call me when they were done. Surprisingly I received a call a couple of days later letting me know they were ready. I fully expected to pay for these cards being it was my mistake. They said No that there wouldn't be a charge. I was happy with there work the first time but this was just service over the top!! “My family and I had such a pleasant and seamless experience with the TSA pre-check specialist at Staples, Brittaney.
She was very informative and friendly which is a rare blend. Some individuals are informative but lack customer service skills and some have great people skills yet they aren’t as knowledgeable. We left the store feeling confident in our decision and prepared for domestic travel. I hope that she is recognized at that store location and amongst the Staples company!”
