“Dorwart’s Garage is awesome. They actively try to save you money. They know the car quirks, especially MINI Coopers. They don’t mock you for bringing in a dirty car. Well, most of the time. Ok, so they may mock a little but they don’t charge extra or make you clean up what falls off.”
“I like how this business operates--they shoot straight and I've never felt like they were unfairly trying to 'upsell' me on anything. The owner intervened to help me when I was having issues with another mechanic, and he's had my business ever since. In that instance, not only did they seamlessly fix the problem I'd gone to the other mechanic for help with, but they also identified and solved a running issue that I'd spent two years trying to track down. They know what they're doing and they treat me with respect, so even if appointments aren't available immediately, I don't mind waiting because I know when I get my car back I'm not going to have to wonder if it's really fixed.”

“Very up front and honest people. Took my trailer there for an axle repair. Instead of price gouging me they pointed me in the right direction for a cheaper/easier fix they could have easily done a more expensive fix and I wouldn’t have known any different.
