First, I could not get validation codes from my online banking which meant that I could not use it Jet identified the issue and solved the problem secondly, he was able to help both my wife and I upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max even took the time to help transfer the data from my old iPhone to this new iPhone jet is extremely knowledgeable, but as important, friendly,and caring. “I was in the middle of transferring two lines from T-Mobile when a family emergency occurred. Zaprinthia was already fantastic to work with, but the moment I got the call from my son’s school, she and the manager, Dylan Goodman, shifted gears instantly. They showed incredible empathy and helped me get out the door in seconds with a working phone that I was able to give to my wife when I met her at the school.
Once my son was stable and in an ambulance with my wife on the way to the ER, I was able to stop at the store again as it was on the route to the hospital. They had a second phone ready for me within minutes so I could stay connected with my wife and find her at the Hospital.
