First, I could not get validation codes from my online banking which meant that I could not use it Jet identified the issue and solved the problem secondly, he was able to help both my wife and I upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max even took the time to help transfer the data from my old iPhone to this new iPhone jet is extremely knowledgeable, but as important, friendly,and caring.
