“We were there a few months ago and they helped us with transferring accounts and also doing musical chairs with our family phones. They were very patient and helped us get our account in order and put on the screen protectors. Today I met the new manager, who was very kind and helpful. They didn’t have the item I needed in stock, but he told me how I could get TMobile to ship it to me and made sure I knew how to verify our account. I didn’t, so he helped me with that.
