“Dish was out of line due to having my siding replaced. Ulysses came out on New Years Eve at 4 pm within an hour of calling. Realligned the dish and was very reasonable on cost, even tipped him. Had called Directv and the wait time to speak with a person was 55 minutes. That's when I found Greenwave. Great customer service and price.”

“Came in at about 12:15 today to grab a new phone last minute. My LCD screen was going in and out on my 15+ but had gotten really bad this morning and I wasnt able to use it, so i needed a new phone immedietly. I went in and kept it simple and got the iphone 17e. I dont recall the guys name who helped me, but he was a younger latino gentleman with a beard. He was great! He went over everything effeciently and accurately. I knew exactly what I was signing and why. I was in a bit of a time crunch (he didnt even know this) and he got me in and out in, I swear about 20 minutes. Easiest transaction ive ever had getting a new phone. I greatly appreciated his help today. I want to make sure he is recognized for this. Thank you again!!!”

“After 3 sessions of what I thought was quality help from Verizon’s chat representatives to purchase a new phone for my daughter’s birthday… one thing after another continued to go wrong with the transaction and I was beyond frustrated. I ended up having to pick-up the new phone from this retail location and was unable to activate the phone due to a billing issue in the system (but at the time I was not aware that this was the cause). Ashley, from this store, noticed the issue (which was going to eventually charge my account the full price of the phone vs. a payment plan) if we did not take action. Ashley called me when she noticed the issue to alert me to the problem - and i ended up going to sit down with her in person to sort it all put. Rahi assisted with solving the problems and was the feet on the ground to make the changes happen - while Ashley guided him through how to solve the problem. I am so incredibly thankful for Ashley and Rahi - and know exactly where I will be going if I have any issues in the future! Thank you both for incredible customer service and a job well done!!”
