“Still super nice people. It is inside the pharmacy. And there's a great big sign outside that clearly says POST OFFICE next to the door of the pharmacy so you should be able to find it if you're in the correct parking lot. If you're in the food lion parking lot you might miss it.”
“Kelly is AMAZING!! She is efficient, quick, incredibly polite, professional and extremely friendly. Her positive attitude is infectious and a rarity in any business. This location is always clean, organized, and walkable - bikeable. Kelly is a gem and I'm so happy she's at my local post office in Plaza Midwood!”

“I had to ship something for the first time and had no clue what to do or how to get started. Adam was the person to help me and he was very kind and patient with helping me. He even greeted people by name when they came in which showed how friendly they were there.”
“Giving kudos to MATTHEWS PIST OFFICE. Some the staff there has been a part of this post office for many, many years. They make waiting in long lines bearable...with their quick withdrawal and wonderful people skills. Be sure and drop by. They are helpful, and very good at their jobs!”
“I’m writing this July 29 at 9:30 in the morning I do not know her name but there was a beautiful woman that helped me out and it was a 10 second interaction but the way she was so welcoming And sweet, I loved her!!!”

“I missed my package delivery from abroad because I wasn’t home at the time. The staff here helped me out within just 5 minutes, and the postal worker even went back to my house a second time to make sure the delivery happened the same day.
I really appreciate all the effort and kindness from everyone here. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me!”
“I just wanna give a HUGE SHOUTOUT too our mail carrier in our neighborhood. Randy M he always goes above and beyond too do his daily work. His character speaks soo much volume. Keep up the great work we’re very appreciative of you”
“This is my favorite post office in Charlotte because there's always free parking spaces and despite there only being 1-2 workers available to assist, I am always in and out. I'm never met with a poor attitude here!”
“Brian is a hard worker and has a lot of patience. I appreciate his service and good attitude for us.
Mary does a good job keeping the grounds in order and the building clean and always has a welcome smile and hello for you.
Everyone at this post office works very hard with a little bit of staff.”

“well I guess I'm the only 5 star rating here but so be it lol. I called, phone was answered, I stated my concern respectfully, and it was handled successfully. The woman on the phone was nice and the mail carrier I spoke with in person was very nice and pleasant to speak with.”

“This is our second time with Chris on the passport side. He’s so friendly, kind, and efficient. We will always go out of our way to book an appointment here as long as he’s around.”
