The professionalism and attention to detail that they provided while my truck was in their care was second to none. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the way I was handled during the whole repair process. The fuel line is mostly empty because of how fast they fuel your truck but take their time inspecting your vehicle, making sure you have fluids and everything is working properly. The shop is fast and the guys and girls working there are really proficient and fast. I'm really impress thats why i make this place my go to stop when in come to my truck.”

“So far my experience has been extremely positive. As best as I can tell from my research they have the most competitive rates in the area and storage units available on a variety of sizes. Extremely well managed with secure access and clean well maintained storage units. There is a downside and that is the grading the unit that I have rises almost 2 ft and it is difficult to get heavy items in there whether on a cart or a dolly also if you use a trailer or have any type of vehicle with low ground clearance you're going to struggle it's like the mountains of the moon even though it's paved. I do have an outside parking space as well and I'm a little concerned about the ground conditions when there has been a lot of rain there is standing water and the ground is soft so far I've been able to stay on top of the 57 stone but it is obvious from the struggles others have had that I may have difficult to getting my trailer back out.”

“They went out of their way to help me. I arrived to pick up my truck and it wasn't there yet. The owner offered to have someone bring it to my house two miles away. I mentioned the movers i had scheduled cancelled on me (with very little notice) and she said she could get a couple teenagers to help. It made a potentially horrible day turn out fine. They had my truck 90% loaded in 2.5 hours. No complaints here, I was relieved and appreciative. It cost a bit more per hour than the other company but it was worth it considering same day service. Highly recommend.”

“This is one truck rental service company that truly gets my highest recommendations.they have the largest assortment of trucks and the most accommodating pickup and dropoffs I have ever encountered. In the past week I was faced with the most in-opertune situation where I needed to move my belongings starting immediately to meet a commitment date that was to follow in only 2 days time. To make matters even more challenging, I was faced with this immediate task on a Sunday. My expectations that I would be able to obtain anything in this very tight timeframe were low.When initially calling Penske truck Rental, John had very politely informed me that there was nothing currently on his lot that would meet my needs. However, he requested my contact info to reach me if/when a vehicle should become available.Being it was a Sunday and already past noon, I was not optimistic that I was going to find any rental trucks anywhere.However, John from Penske Truck Rental did locate a vehicle for me in just a couple of hours and made it available to me immediately.To start of with, I was very pleased with this level of service.Later during that week, the requirements for moving got more and more complicated where it was extending more and more time for me to require this rental. But I found that the least of my issues was having a truck available to complete the move because once again John from Penske truck rental worked with me to extended the rental till I could complete my move. I must say that this was a very challenging week for me during a very stressful time, but knowing that John had my back in making sure I was not without a vehicle most definitely pulled me through!!!!”

“Excellent service!!! Some uhaul dealers are not all that professional but this one is excellent. I did not do the pre check-in but the check in still only took about 5 minutes. When I got back, I simply handed over the keys and left and 5 minutes later got the accurate adjusted receipt. Also the truck I got was in good condition.”

“For the past 2 months, I have been trying to get my battery replaced for a Ryobi electric string trimmer. Let's just say it hasn't been resolved until I met Rosa, who handled my issue like a pro! Today was the day that I have had enough with the run around, and was ready to give everybody the business, as customer service kept placing me on hold for 30 minutes plus. While on hold I decided to drive to my local store where I spoke to 3 friendly staff members who tried and were empathic to my situation. Long story longer, we called 2 different stores, and submitted a claim that showed that I am covered. The claim didn't submit, and I am still waiting to get my battery replaced. Then Rosa let me know that she was able to get some traction, and to visit another store to get my issue resolved. Please recognize Ms. Rosa at the S. Elm-Eugene store at a manager above all others that will get the job done! She was a pleasure to work with. Now I am headed to get my battery replaced. Thank you Rosa for your hard work, and great customer service!”

“Very friendly staff, shed is well made, excited for delivery & setup was flawless, but was disappointed with the color once it arrived. The Navajo color (of a beige/tan color) I chose from their brochure color sample to match my house turned out to be more of an off white yellowish hue. Should've sent it back, but now I will have to repaint to match my house.”

“Had to go up there because our suburban was wrecked and we needed a truck to haul.Worked with Mr Shaq to get a 2500 ram. We noted it smelled and he ran it through to help with the smell. Drove it home and we all had headaches because someone had smoked in it. Called up spoke with Paul and Shaq drove us a new one without any issue. Awesome customer service and will be using them again for sure !!”
