Customers say the representative is amazing. The representative is diligent, kind and patient. The manager is exceptional and knows this business like the back of her hand. The store is very professional and extremly patient. The girl is a sweetheart and helped customers save money on their bill and gave them lots of free itmes. Employees are helpful and friendly. A young man went above and beyond to add a daughter to a line and helped switch her sim card. However, the app has problems and customers must physically go into the store to pay their bill.
A big thank you to Bendu she helped us pick out great phones we had been with Verizon for 10 years and we wanted new phones and they had no deals for us we came to Metro and got 2 new phones and home Internet
