“After leaving the Spectrum store with an almost hostile customer service experience we found the Verizon store in Kernersville to be a breath of fresh air. They were welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. We had Griffin Larson helping us through a difficult change of phone carrier service. He remained calm and patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. He was highly knowledgeable and proficient. I would highly recommend this store and in particular this employee.”
