“After leaving the Spectrum store with an almost hostile customer service experience we found the Verizon store in Kernersville to be a breath of fresh air. They were welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. We had Griffin Larson helping us through a difficult change of phone carrier service. He remained calm and patient throughout the process. He went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. He was highly knowledgeable and proficient. I would highly recommend this store and in particular this employee.”

“Ashley R. Was the young lady who helped me out today ! She was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and patient! She answered all my questions , gave me multiple options and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting for what I wanted. I hope the owners of cricket give thos young lady her own store and promote her on up the corporate ladder ! O could not be more pleased with her and the prepaid phone I desperately needed for an employee of my own ! 6 stars if I could!”

Thanks Jazmine!!”
