“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“I went to the AT&T store off Summit Avenue, Winston-Salem NC. I was having a lot of ads popping up no matter what apps I was using. Also I needed a screen protector for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The gentleman who helped me was Mike. He first took care of my pop up problem. Then he installed my screen protector. He gave me a generous discount on my screen protector. I had mentioned that I saw were I could get it cheaper on line. Also showed me were to go to register for lifetime warranty. Then Mike went above and beyond my expectations. He organized my apps and showed me some things to make it so much easier for me to find. I can not say enough about how great my experience was in this AT&T location today. I've only been with them for only 7 months now, so far I have only positive things to say about AT&T. I would like to add that I don't jump from company to company.
