He helped resolve a situation that I did not think could be resolved. He has patience beyond what I’ve ever seen from a sales representative. From now on, I will only go to the Verizon store on Reynolda Road… as long as Gerrian is employed there.”

“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“I went to the AT&T store off Summit Avenue, Winston-Salem NC. I was having a lot of ads popping up no matter what apps I was using. Also I needed a screen protector for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The gentleman who helped me was Mike. He first took care of my pop up problem. Then he installed my screen protector. He gave me a generous discount on my screen protector. I had mentioned that I saw were I could get it cheaper on line. Also showed me were to go to register for lifetime warranty. Then Mike went above and beyond my expectations. He organized my apps and showed me some things to make it so much easier for me to find. I can not say enough about how great my experience was in this AT&T location today. I've only been with them for only 7 months now, so far I have only positive things to say about AT&T. I would like to add that I don't jump from company to company. The last phone company I was with for 23 years. This was the best service ever. Thank you Mike, you made one old lady feel like she was important and her business mattered.”

“Took a while to be helped, and once I was, the salesman had to keep getting up to check in others! However, when i came into the store, no one came to check me in they were checking us in by the color of the shirts we were wearing they weren't getting all our info....The salesman who helped me though was a really good and helpful one!!!Helping others while helping me!He was very nice and pleasant to talk to! I liked his enthusiasm and energy!!Even with the aggravation of having him get up and down multiple times to check others in, I would still go back and see him!!My problem wasn't fixed, like we thought when i left the store. I had to end up getting another phone, which was a whole other thing!!!”
“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is a woman there by the name of Maya I believe it was. She was very polite, kind and very helpful. I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand. “After several (and I mean, several) grocery store visits throughout this tiny, little town called Winston-Salem, I finally located a business that actually sold what I've been craving for: King crab legs!!!! I also visited their Membership Services station to (finally) redeem my $20 eGiftcard and free Maker's Mark pie promised to me after purchasing my Sam's Club membership via Groupon. The prices may be... competitive, however, it IS a surplus megastore selling several items in bulk unlike your regular grocery store. I've always been a fan of Sam's Club for their low prices in gas/fuel as well as the pleasant interactions that I ALWAYS have with their employees working hard to offer up kind and consistent customer service.”
“These guys & GALS are the BOMB DIGGADY! THEY ALL ARE WELL EQUIPPED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.I had a rough day waking up to my phone not working. No emails, texts, or calls. I talked to numerous technical folks through 611 and kept running into dead ends. I was so FURIOUS I considered switching providers. I pulled up to the REYNOLDA store and explained my problem. My guy fixed the whole problem with a sim card. That is a very special Tmobile! They have my business!A YO, TO THE BIG CHEESE'S HIGH UP!
