“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand. “I went last night and they prob had 20 names on the TV wait-list. Now I got there at 6pm and did not leave till 7. I did not mind but I could see the frustration on others faces. I just sat patiently and waited as I know how customer service is. There were only two people. Which had to be tuff. They truly need four or three to help. I had a great lady, she was very lovely and had a great attitude and she had a hard day. I tired my best to bring some light into this world as no one needs to add more darkness or rudeness. She did wonderful and I am grateful she got some relief at that present moment. Keep going keep pushing each day is different and has its ups and downs. Keep it light and bright ?”
