“They have always great selections of things, too bad they have gone up so much with the prices, even for snacks, that is starting to be a little bit absurd to be honest. Everything is tied up to having their card, that is not the best customer service, I think. Otherwise, a very reliable store.”

“It is such a shame that some patrons are RUDE verbally to the staff of Dollar General on Oak Grove Road - I witnessed it today - those gals working there have to unload trucks and unpackage a lot of products on the shelf and they need more staff to help in my opinion - one gal came in and was EXTREMELY RUDE to a sweet gal that works there because she was unpackaging product and the line was long - it is a busy store - I think that DG needs to give them all a raise!!”

“I love this store. There is a good variety of merchandise, the store brand is surprisingly good on many items and the staff is always so helpful when I can't find things. They are friendly, helpful and smiling.”
“Good selection on the salad bar and olive bar. Their cafe has okay tasting food, you can't expect too much from food that has been sitting on the heater for hours all day. Big selection of beer & wine. Has all your essential grocery necessities.”
“Yesterday morning, I left my card in the pump at this station. I realized it an hour and 15 minutes later, called, and was answered by this fabulous lady named Phyllis. She was recovering the station from an hour long power outage, but still answered the phone! She walked out, with me on the phone, and recovered the card from the machine for me. I am so very grateful to Ms. Phyllis for customer service, kindness, and humanity not seen often anymore. To her manager: Ms. Phyllis represents your organization spectacularly, and she deserves a heck of a raise!”
“Great place, they don't serve alcohol tho. Which to me is great but for some customers it's a big no no. So don't expect to come out with booze. They keep a very clean store and they're always sure to greet you.”

“The store is bright and clean, the staff is very helpful. The food is always fresh and well stocked. I like that Ingles has items that I usually buy that no other store in my city has. This keeps me from driving to Gastonia or Charlotte to grocery shop.”
