“Yesterday morning, I left my card in the pump at this station. I realized it an hour and 15 minutes later, called, and was answered by this fabulous lady named Phyllis. She was recovering the station from an hour long power outage, but still answered the phone! She walked out, with me on the phone, and recovered the card from the machine for me. I am so very grateful to Ms. Phyllis for customer service, kindness, and humanity not seen often anymore.
