“My girlfriends and I stayed here over the weekend and really had a great experience. The rooms smelled and looked clean, the staff was so pleasant and attentive. I've had better hotel breakfasts but there wasn't anything terrible about it. I would love to see more Gluten Free options in hotels, but that is a personal opinion. Great restaurants all within walking distance, the beach was a tiny walk but nothing unbearable. Would definitely stay here again! I would like to shoutout Emily from the front desk, she was so sweet and always had a pleasant attitude when we needed anything.”

“This fabulous hotel exceeded our expectations! Every part of the hotel was exceptionally clean, including the room, restaurant, lobby, stairwell, pool, lawns and elevator. We could not have been happier! The beach and hotel location to the beach and pier was amazing! We love the dog friendly atmosphere and how friendly the staff were towards our dogs! Steamers and Rundown restaurants within walking distance were added bonuses. Cannot wait to book our next trip here. Loved our experience and cannot say anything bad about this Hilton!”

“Place was surprising cleaner than I thought and the breakfast was nice. The front lady was a little rude but overall it was a nice day. Not sure I would use this place again but it was nice being able to walk straight to the beach.”

“We had such a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express Nags Head Oceanfront! I recently stayed here while helping coordinate a trip for a group of residents from the senior living community where I work, and Kristina and her team were amazing. Kristina was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy. She even had gift bags waiting in each room when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful surprise and really made our residents feel welcomed. The service throughout our stay was excellent, everything went smoothly, and our residents truly enjoyed their time in Nags Head. I really appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and kind the entire team was to our group. A huge thank you to Kristina and the staff for helping make the trip such a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!”

“There is nothing fancy about this place but it was just what we needed. The condo had a kitchen (sparsly stocked; no cutting board) but we managed. Clean. The room had a jacuzzi. We overlooked the pool area a short walk to beautiful beach. We went late April early May. It was 75 to 80 sunny and empty. Peaceful beautiful ocean beach. What more can you ask for?”

“My stay was for work. The room was what you’d expect for a beach hotel. It was small but welcoming & clean. The hotel is a short walk to the beach. Check in was effortless. The doors have been updated with a keypad entry so you don’t even have to remember your key. I had no complaints.”

“We stayed during Labor Day Weekend and everything was just as pictured. Sherri, the lady up front was super nice and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and enjoyed having the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Having a toddler with us and the beach so close was a huge plus! Ive read some of the other recent reviews and unsure what some were as the hotel didn’t have things like a hot tub or garden??? This is definitely a place we would stay at again!
