The store manager, Mr. Momanyi, was knowledgeable about every product, gave us plenty of space to try different mattresses, listened carefully to our preferences, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. The entire experience was relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.
We shopped at several other mattress stores before making our decision, but we ultimately returned to Mattress Warehouse because we trusted Mr. Momanyi far more than any of the other salespeople we met. When we came back, he remembered us and even remembered which mattresses we had been considering. Rather than trying to upsell us, he helped us find the best options for our needs and offered excellent prices on the accessories we wanted.
To top it all off, our mattress was delivered the very next day! The delivery team was professional, courteous, and arrived exactly within the promised delivery window.
