The service representative was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions about the mattresses and advised me to try out the firmness and softness of different ones. He was very informative.

I rate both Mattress Firm’s sites- Capital Blvd Raleigh and Knightdale. I was not impressed with the gentleman in Knightdale who sent me away to the Capital Blvd. branch. I spent too much time waiting and gas for travel just to purchase a $1600 mattress!!!!

Mattress firm has been great! I, easily picked and bought the mattress and pedestal I wanted and it was delivered with no problems. Not even a year later, I had an issue with the mattress and found that it had a 10 year warranty. I got it replaced and delivered with no headaches. I will be back!!!
