“Nice folks, selling quality products. My dog accompanied me to Hollywood Feed, and the staff didn't mind her sniffing every bin to pick out a treat. They even found some kibble behind the counter which they shared. They also took the 40 lb. sack to my car for me.”

“Laura and her grooming team are so friendly! It was my first time bringing my anxious, snippy dog in after moving from out of state. My dog previously only went to one specific groomer specialized in dogs with behavioral issues because others could not handle him. I also had given him sedatives in the past for this. Thankfully Laura was able to fully groom him without any medications and he turned out great! He's not an easy client so I am super grateful that they had the patience to work with him. I am so relieved I've found a new groomer for him.”

“My pup enjoyed his first away stay as I traveled. Was an adjustment for both of us but the staff here was professional, knowledgeable & caring. I do plan to keep them as my pups boarding option. The different level of rooms some with camera & tv were great the have. Will be trying out doggy daycare as my guy enjoyed play groups during his stay. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents for a worry free boarding option!”
“So we started Charley, a standard poodle on the dry chicken kibble must have been 4 to 5 months ago. Up to that point he had suffered from loose stool every two to three weeks. No fun when you are traveling. With that said, he now is the pride of the dog parks with solid and smaller dog poop. You might not even need a poop bag but then again.....”

“This was the second time that my Yorkie has been there and she really does a great job but this time he was shaved too close at the neck and when I asked about it, it was like no he wasn't. It's very noticeable and if I make a mistake, I'm willing to admit it, but she acts as if that's how it was supposed to look and I know it isn't. I left there a little disappointed. Otherwise, she really does a great job in a timely manner.”

“This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!”

“TLDR: Excellent customer service, ample products, pricier than online retailers. I stopped here after meeting a sales rep at the Raleigh Pet Expo. The best part of my visit were the incredible employees. Each employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and ready to help. Several asked if I needed assistance and checked to make sure I found what I was looking for. The store is packed with merchandise. It is fairly organized and the items are labelled well. It is surprisingly pricy. I would opt to purchasing toys and treats at online retailers. Then if in town around this location I would get live insects here. They also have a lot of food options and adorable live animals for purchase like bunnies and ferrets. Overall, they have a good selection of items and excellent customer service.”

“They are easy and convenient with drop-off appointments, but my lab doesn't like it he shakes when we get there. Anywhere else he jumps right out here, I have to drag him out of the car. I don't like going to the doctor either!!!”

She was very honest and most helpful. I fact I went back today .. and got the same salesgirl. Excellent Customer Service.”

“I go to the Knightdale training with trainer Ashley! He is amazing. Our dog was so fearful at first and had been through beginner and intermediate with Ashley and is enjoying being a dog with no fear. She's so excited to pull up to PetSmart now!! Ash is like her best friend. She's learned so much and so have we - we apply it to different environments and now she loves traveling and going to petstores, parks, even the vet. Cannot thank ash enough. Go here!!!”
