We would have had to wait until the next day for our parts to get delivered to the store. Heavily relying on my vehicle to do what needed to be taken care of, he took time out of his day to go get my parts personally & had my car ready by the end of close. He was thorough in explaining the problems with my car & even gave me payment options to consider. Thank you for your patience Derrick and all of the hard work from the whole team.”

“I had a bit of a tough time recently on I-85 when my car broke down. I only had about $20 to my name and was at a loss for who to call for a tow. I remembered visiting Joe's Auto Repair for an inspection, so I decided to take a chance and give them a call. I explained my situation to Larry, and he was really understanding. He said not to worry and took care of calling a tow truck for me—he even handled the cost!
The tow truck brought my car and me safely to the shop. Once there, I found out my radiator had a leak, along with the water and radiator hoses. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed because I didn’t have the money for repairs. However, Larry was so kind! He drove me home, and my boss came to pick me up.
By Monday, I had managed to gather enough money to fix my car. I braced myself to hear that the repairs would cost around $1,500 to $1,800, but to my surprise, they came in under $900 (including the tow)! This included an oil change and fixing the radiator, along with the new hoses. They got the work done within a few days, and Larry even waived the storage fee since I was getting my repairs done there.
If you're looking for a friendly, honest, and reliable mechanic, I highly recommend Joe's Auto Repair. They truly take care of their customers!”
