βThey did my oil change! Nice and friendly service. I wasn't there 30 minutes! I requested a high mileage oil change, and that's what I received! I actually seen them putting quarts in. Instead of pumping the oil out of an oil drum..that's rare. Checked my fluids and tire pressure too. The service and piece of mind was worth the price! I will have them do it next timeβ

βTo Start off, Grayson and Jordy took ownership of a problem which Jordy created for me concerning my wife's vehicle. I now believe it was unintentional and that Jordy simply could not see the washer hose position as it was in a tight corner under the hood. I had taken her car in for an oil change about three weeks ago. The air filter was suggested to be changed. Jordy did not put the air filter cover back on properly and it was pinching the washer fluid hose keeping that from working and two screws were missing and the cover not properly seated in place. I went back this morning to have them look at it, honestly I was a little upset but kept a good attitude. Once Grayson saw the issue he started to take care of it and apologized for the problem. During that chat Jordy came over and also apologized and asked what he could do to fix it. Grayson and I stood outside in the rain and I assisted Grayson in fixing the problem. The cover was removed, the hose was put back in place and the cover put back on properly. The main thing is both of these young men took responsibility for the mistake and owned up to it and fixed it right away. Yes I was upset as most folks would be. But remaining calm and working with them both we were able to fix it. I will continue to take our vehicles back to White Tire Center. I have had similar issues in the past with Friendship Ford here in Lenoir and never once did anyone on that staff take ownership of a problem they caused or apologized for any inconvenience and a mistake they caused. I am happy to report that FINALLY a company and its employees took responsibility for a problem caused by them and resolved it quickly and professionally. It speaks volumes as to the character of both of these young men. Thank you, Dave Mays, PGA Professional.β

βI canβt say enough about this local family owned business. Our daughter was visiting her grandparents in Lenoir while on Labor Day break from UNC. She experienced some car trouble and I wasnβt able to drive the 4 hours from Ft. Bragg to assist her. Jim and his staff opened their doors and were able to sort out and fix the issue. I hope the surrounding area knows they have a true professional and dedicated family man serving the area. If I lived closer they would 100% be my go to for any automotive repairs. βMy Son Was Driving from Boone to Georgia and Check Engine Light Came On. Took it to Another Mechanic in Lenoir and They had a Ridiculous Quote to Replace The Knock Sensor. Called Up Faw's and spoke with Bobby and his quote was much more fair. My Son brought in his Car & Bobby told him he would be fine to drive it for awhile and turned off the indicator light at no charge. Appreciate His Honesty & my Son will be bringing it back to look at further once he is back from his trip. Thanks Bobby!β

I have a older truck that I bought new in 1994 and parts do break or need replacement, he has replaced several parts on my truck and every time he did a great job and even went out of his way to replace small things like burnt out bulbs to make sure everything was working. βQuick and push in bushing for my brother and knew what kind of car just by the looks of it so a must if near by and heard nothing but good thing and only problem was I couldn't reach by phone and he needs to fix that cause business is walking by over not just saying hello on the telephone! So go by in person and hes in the back not up front.....β

βGood body shop, trustworthy employees and will work with you for what you need, actually cares about your vehicle. A little bit slow but that was because damaged/wrong parts were received. A tiny bit of orange peel but overall pretty happy with my collision repair.β

βWes is running a local, family, business. He's been there for decades. I've done business with Wes for almost two decades. I have found him to be an honest fellow. I have dealt with him on three personal vehicles, my tractor tire research, lawn mower tires, oil changes "exhaust straitening" (literally) and found him to be open, honest and reliable. He also stands behind his work, tires and parts.
I'll give "Jada K" that his shop is not 'presentable,' and could us a good Yard Sale/Spring Cleaning. But I was astounded to read her claim of 'racist.' I've been in and out of that business lots of times and waited my turn to ask Wes and questions or leave my vehicle, or dispose of used oil and such. I have never seen or heard anything that would leave such an impression. I wouldn't put up with it and I certainly would not knowingly do business with a bigot. The boarded over shop window was curtesy of a customer screwing up and and Insurance company whose advertisements and service are at odds to put it kindly.
A lot of these 'pretty' shops are more Franchise Money Makers than local businesses* and you'll find yourself paying a premium for the pretty because Auto Repairs can be a dirty business and paying folks to keep everything looking like a McDonalds is why their ten-cent french fries made from fresh potatoes, peeled, sliced, blanched and fried on-site (circa 1964) have been replaced with factory fresh flash-frozen fries boiled in oil at a buck fifty for a "small fries."
Geeze, he doesn't even have a website - imagine that!
One thought that comes to mind is the expression "Busy as a one-armed paper hanger." I suspect that he could keep five or six good mechanics busy based upon the lines of satisfied customers that keep his phone ringing.
*Most recently, I had occasion to call the Toyota Dealer on 70 in Hickory, NC to ask about replacing a part on my vehicle. After calling Service, explaining the reason for my call, then getting transferred to Service and explaining the reason for my call, I was transferred again and then told someone would have to get back to me on that. I gave them my number and never heard from Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota to date. But Boy oh Boy does Mike have a clean WiFi showroom / waiting area - and prices to match.β
